Seca GmbH & Co. – Office Renovation, Hamburg (Eilbek)
A former factory building in Hamburg’s Eilbek district was transformed into a modern, multi-functional space as part of the Seca campus expansion. Spanning 3,000 m² across four floors, the renovation included the addition of underground parking, a service centre, offices, and a spacious open workspace on the top floor.
The interior design, led by La’ket Architekten GmbH, features high-quality materials and furnishings from renowned international manufacturers. As part of the design concept, customised area rugs from Y-O2’s “Extract Profiles” collection were incorporated in bespoke colours and sizes, contributing to the sophisticated and cohesive aesthetic of the workspace.
